We are now offering Paypal as the online ordering option. During checkout you will be asked to register as a new customer if you haven't already done so. This will save your information, and will allow you to return to check on the status of your order. Note that your password can be automatically recovered by email. Just click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address you used to register.
Payment may be made on line using our convenient direct link to PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars. Paypal offers conversion from all major currencies and accepts all major credit cards. If you wish to order by mail (US dollars only), please make a note of the items that you would like to order, and the prices and add applicable postage as given below. You may also contact us for details. The following rates will be automatically added to your online order, and should be included in your mail order:
- To the USA: 1 item - $2.50, 2 items - 3.25, 3 or more items - $4.95
- To Canada or Mexico: 1 item - $3.00, 2 items - $4.25, 3 items - $5.25, 4 or more items - $10.95
- To all other countries: 1 item - $6.50, 2 items - $9.00, 3 items - $11.00, 4 or more items - $12.95
Customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We collect sales tax (7.6%) only on orders shipped to Arizona. There is no tax or shipping on digital downloads.
